For first applicant its def 6 month, only thing you can now do is patiently wait and contact your congress and tell them about your situation, they won't be able to help much but at least you will have a lil Help by them, they can always sent a request to find out where does your application stands. It's a very frustrating situation because we are left with basically no help. Also monitor their processing time on their website and hope that 6months waiting change for first time applicant because just a month or so ago it was the same waiting timeframe for renewal but their website was updated recently. Good luck!!!

Did you mean first DACA application or first case inquiry? Because thus is my 2nd DACA renewal.

Sorry I meant if this was your first Daca, well if this is your second renewal make sure you check the place that's processing your case and see what's their time frame for renewal. If it says 3.5 months you should be able to submit a request. Just be nice to them but let them know that's the time frame. Also is this the website that you did an e request?

I tried submitting an inquiry and it said this:
"Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage."
Im clearly past the 105 day mark on my 2nd renewal. This is BS, I'm going to try calling tomorrow.

I am currenttly at the 145 day mark. My lawyer told me it was going to take 6 months but I believe she submitted an application for DACA for the first time and not as a renewal. It could also be that the California Service Center has not been working on renewals for a while. Anyways, I'm losing my mind because I need to work to pay my tuition.
Another question, how do I know when my DACA is approved? The last update I got was on April 21st saying that my case (I821D)was received at their Integrated Operation Env.

You can call, but when they see you're not at the 105 day, they'll tell you to keep holding or try after you're past 105 days. I haven't heard anything back after submitting my inquiry.
