According to NILC, here are 8 steps to take if your DACA renewal is delayed. Read the.pdf in detail!

https://www.nilc.org/wp-content/uplo...2015-08-31.pdf

1. Check your case status at USCIS

2. Contact USCIS

Note: Only do the following if your case has been processing beyond 105 days from the date on your receipt.

3. Contact your local USCIS office and schedule an Infopass appointment to see an immigration officer. Note...The officer can give two month extensions if your case is within the 150 to 120 day window.

4. Contact the USCIS Ombudsman for assistance and dictate the steps you have taken. Ask for expideted handling via the online form. https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx

5. Submit an outside normal processing time inquiry

6. Contact the Service Center handling your renewal

7. Contact your congressional representative and ask for an immigration case worker

8. Contact NILC or ILRC for assistance if your case is beyond 120 days processing time.

Should I book my infopass for the 105th day or the 120th day if I want to ask for the 2 month extension?

Yes, my EAD expired on July 20th. USCIS received my application on March 14th. I have followed all the steps listed in the PD to no avail. The only piece of news I received from the Ombudsman office was the following:

"The CIS Ombudsman's Office received an update from USCIS informing your case is still being actively reviewed. USCIS is not sure how long the review will take but will continue to provide the Ombudsman’s Office with updates.

As the updates are received, you will be notified. We hope that you find this information to be helpful and thank you for your continued patience."

I will update this thread once I receive further news. However, do not count on any of these resources to expedite your DACA-EAD renewal because USCIS will not do so. Unfortunately, we are at their mercy and there is nothing to do but wait.

Only federally recognized ID and your I-797 Notice of Action for your I-821D should suffice.
