Quick question: has anyone here been approved for a DACA extension?

I just came back from my InfoPass appointment after exhausting all my other options (e-file, contacted my local congresswoman, etc) to inquire about an EAD extension since my application has been pending for over 120 days and my latest DACA expired 7 days ago. Although I knew what I would be told, I went to confirm my suspicion.

I arrived to the appointment with my expired EAD card, Biometric appointment notice, Receipt Notice, and a copy of this USCIS webpage explaining that a DACA extension can be issued. I was told by the representative that they no longer issue extensions of any kind, and that the information that I saw on the webpage was outdated by more than a few years (I was surprised to hear this). She called the service center to check on my application status and told me it is undergoing review. My experience with InfoPass was no more helpful than calling the customer service number and speaking to a level 1 representative.

In other words, I call bs when anyone brings up the DACA extension. However, I would be glad to be proven wrong if you were successful in applying for an extension.

Service Centers give automatic response emails.
What's the email address? Or where do you find them?

So they basically just tell you what you can see from viewing your account online?

Ok, when you speak to a level 2 officer, ask if they can at least file a service request. Mine was filed over a week ago and the response what that they do not expedite DACA cases and to just wait. However, filing a service request might bring attention to your delayed application and establish a paper trail of inquires to your application.

Also, if you want to confirm what I said about DACA interim cards not being issued, ask the level 2 officer how to apply for one. Don't just take my word for it, take it from the source.

All in all, there is nothing we can do but wait. Trust me, I have done everything I can to get my application reviewed since I already lost my DACA.

I filled an e request yesterday but hasn't been assigned yet to an officer, I just got off the phone with a tier 2 officer who was basically useless. I already knew everything he mentioned and all he said was to wait. About the interim card I also knew that, I spoke to them 3 months ago before my EAD expired and I was told that's old news and it shouldn't even be on their page. Basically the tier 2 rep told me to keep calling and monitoring my case lol which we all do

How were you able to file an e request? I hit my 105th day yesterday and they say I cant because it's within posted processing times.

Hey I tried online it didn't work, but when I called I just told them I was advised to submit a service request on my 105 days, they gave me a reference number starting with T1 which stands for a tier one I believe and when you check under you case status you should see the history of it
