My 1st DACA expired in December and I sincerely thought the same thing about my renewal... well i was wrong it actually expires in November. This means i missed the window of 150-120 days.... What happens now? I am extremely nervous.

Regrettably that is the case. I was confident that the expiration dates would be the same. It is not. it Different by a full month.

You can still apply, and please do asap. There's a greater chance your renewal will not be approved before your expiration date since you did not apply through the recommended window.

I plan on doing every thing Monday. Here is my time line.

EAD expires on 11/11/16 based on that, the window was between June 14 and July 14.
Once i submit for the renewal i can apply for it to be expedited correct?

Thank you all in advance.

No, once you submit you wait the 6 months they're warning people to apply before the EAD expires. If you're lucky you wont lose your job.

Your expiration date is same as mine, and I sent my packet in the beginning of July.
Now I am scheduled for my fingerprint on this coming Tuesday.
I doubt that you can request your renewal application to be expedited (You can do that for AP)
And to be honest, with the amount of time people on this forum is waiting, I feel that the processing time is actually a lot slower than what the previous renewal had been. With all that being said, I suggest you prepare & send your packet right away.

I applied last year around this time just shy of 90 days before expiration. I received it within 60 days!

However, due to the current delays that everyone keeps mentioning around the forums (even those applying way before 120 days), I'd assume yours will also be late.

Good luck!

DACA doesn't have a deadline to renew (unlike lets say - TPS). Worst case scenario your EAD will be renewed late and you'll be DACA-less for a couple weeks.

Unfortunately, people that applied between the 4-5 month window are experiencing renewal delays. I recommend you submit your application tomorrow if possible and keep a close eye on your biometric appointment. Once you receive an appointment, I suggest you go in earlier than your scheduled appointment date and ask for a walk-in (depending on your location, you may be allowed to do this). Just bring your appointment notice with you.

However, there is not guarantee that you will receive your renewal before your current DACA expiration but it's the best you can do given the situation. Best of luck.
