From past user experience it seems like it takes a while to update on the case tracker.

We're on the same boat. There's approvals that either expired or will expire after mine has but are still getting approved. I'm glad for these people but still. Kind of bittersweet. Just hang in there!

By this friday, my case will complete 115 days pending and I'll get in touch with NILC for help...

I'm already trying to figure out how to keep up with my mortgage and car payments for WHEN my EAD expires (as I see it as a question of WHEN, not IF it'll expire)...

On the bright side, it's just a delay, it's not like we won't ever get our EADs back... so there is a light at the end of the tunnel, although hardly visible at this point.
Really hope something comes out of any of those inquiries for you then. They took a month to send me my biometrics and that was an excruciating wait, can't imagine what it has been like for you.

I hear ya on trying to figure out how to stay afloat as my EAD will most definitely expire because I sent my application 60 days before expiration.

The very bright side for you is that this will be your last time dealing with DACA. I see you've enlisted through MAVNI so you'll be chilling, sitting back and sipping on a margarita as a US citizen in two years while this forum turns into a circus again over renewals (assuming Chump doesn't get elected president.....)

Hopefelly, yeah. There's always hope...

Absolutely, if all goes well, in two years I'll be chillin! In fact, they say that through MAVNI you get to apply for your citizenship as soon as you get to boot camp, and that it's an expedited application, so that by the end of boot camp (10 weeks), you are sworn in as a citizen on family day, which is the day before your graduation.

If it was up to me, I'd ship out TODAY!

Your Privacy Authorization Form and documentation has been reviewed and assigned to a caseworker in Congressman McCaul’s office. The caseworker will contact you if there are any additional questions.

It is important to note that agency response times can vary, but most take an average of 30 working days. As soon as Congressman McCaul receives a response you will be contacted.

I hope it gets resolved in less than 30 days.

Guys I have been approved and I have an expiration of 9/04! I just checked the DHS website account with the special access code and I was approved this morning. So hang in there guys they are approving. I wasn't able to put a picture of my approval since I am writing this response on my phone but I will as soon as I get out of work.

I expire 9/10 and haven't been approved so you are fine. A lot of approvals right now have mostly been for 8/17 submitted in March and April. I think I only saw one September approval. They really cut it close this year in 2014 people were getting renewed a month before even as they started accepting applications in June.
