You got a approval letter for DACA or EAD, or both?

Yes, they just need to verify ur name, so your state ID will be enough.

If I had only waited a few weeks to send in my application instead of doing the right thing and sending it in earliest as possible. I'm happy for the people getting approved but also stressed out that people who sent their applications a month after I did are getting approved. It seems like a totally random process. I talked to a Level 2 rep today and it was basically the same thing of you have to wait and there's no expedite bla bla bla. The only relevant information I got was that the service request I filed is actually handled by the person adjudicating my case, so at least I know my case is being looked at by a human being. Here's hoping next week will see a flood of approvals.

Hey guys, just wanted some advice here. So I submitted my applications around 6/8/16, and I have not received my biometrics notices yet. I have put in three service requests and called multiple times to speak with a Tier II rep. Nothing.

On Monday, I managed to schedule an info pass appt for the next day, so I went in and they actually scheduled the bio appt for me but it's linked to my last renewal, not my current one. I thought those application numbers were internal references until I found my last bio notice. Also, the bio appt date wasn't until 10/11/16, 2 days after my EAD card expiration date. The officer there told me to do walk in with the notice.

Today, I tried to go to the local USCIS office to see if I can just talk to them and get it fixed but they are not open on Fridays. The security offer there told me to try to do the bio anyways and then come back here with an appt to let them know about this. So I went to the application support center, and the lady there would not let me walk in even after I pointed out the fact that the bio appt date is after my EAD exp date. She said I will still in status and not to worry. I told her that as far as I understand, I am not eligible to work if I don't have my updated EAD card in hand by 10/09. She again said not to worry about it. And she said I need to get this linked to my current renewal and suggested I should write to NSC?? I could tell she wasn't going to let me do the walk in so I left and I feel like she was bullshitting me anyways. Why do we need to get our EAD renewed if we would still be in status and allowed to work with a pending application? I called customer service and was transferred to a Tier II rep. Their estimated callback time was two hours. I called around 1. And now it's 6PM, and I am sure they are done for the day. I am not sure if I am still in the system for a callback or if I should call them again on Monday.

My next info pass appt isn't until 8/31 and I am not feeling good about it since they scheduled my bio appt after my card exp date? I am not sure what else I can do, and if the ASC doesn't let me walk in early, I am screwed. Nothing on my record except I moved. I filed the address change on 7/31 but I should have received the bio notice before I moved anyways.

Can you tell me exactly what you told them at the infopass to get them to schedule you through BBSS??? They said they could not touch it last time I showed up.

Forgot to mention that responses to my service requests so far has been related to the approval of my application when I just want them to schedule me the damn bio appt or telling me to wait.

The first service request asked me to create an online account, to which I never received my acces code but I got that set up a month ago after calling them. Nothing there though.

I pretty much told them about the service requests, etc but they obviously did it wrong since it is for my last renewal. I am not positive whether they could schedule me one for my current renewa until I talk to them again on 8/31. No walk ins there apparently. I gave them my receipt notices...not sure how they could mess that up.

Another week, no approval. I'm in the 9/10 club, and it seems like people around the date are getting approved so we'll see. Feels so close but not quite there yet.
