Mine says "Card Is Being Produced" but at the bottom it says." On September 14, 2016, we began producing your new card for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number IOEXXXXXXXX. We will mail your card to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
it kinda contradicts what is saying...
