My case was also received 5/3 and I did my bios on 5/16. I am set to expire 9/25 and have not been approved yet.

Thanks, I just wanna know if I can go to my mail and get my card today. I wasn't able to get a tracking #. but on same boat as you.
how come it wasn't left at your mail box? with priority mail no signature is required.

This is what i recommend everyone. Call tier 2 representatives, like every other day.
