Probably. And now my account has been locking for 20 minutes for too many unsuccessful attempts. I'll try again later in the day.

You are definitely not alone. My EAD expires on Wednesday and my HR informed me they would have to place me on Admin leave without pay. I contacted NSC and they emailed me back saying they are still working on cases that were submitted on April 16th. They did say mine case was in queue but i don't know how long it would take them to approve it. This is stressful and very frustrating. I've been told to just keep calling them.

This is definitely frustrating, how many service requests have you put in? Did you file ombudsman at the same time as calling for service requests? That is my next step I want to do as much as I can before expiring hoping it will do something

First day of my leave of absence here. Work gave me 45 days to get my card but I'm sure it'll be here before then!
Gotta stay hopeful! I'm praying for all of you

Last week of work (5/11, expire 10/2), I'm hoping HR wont cut my company's network access, otherwise I wont be able to "not work" from home. Also, dreading having to explain to my co-workers why I wont be in starting next monday.

I know I'm probably going to get some generic response or a total bs response from them but at least I'm doing all I can to get some info about my case. How long are they allowing you to leave without pay? I going to see if I get any replies by this week and then just start calling. This is so stressful. Hopefully we see some approvals this week and we're one of them.

Do you have to tell your coworkers the details? Can't you just say for personal reason? HR is the only one that has to know the details isn't it?

I put in 2 service request and i also filed ombudsman and emailed NILC. I also sent an email through ELIS. Below was the response from Nebraska's office.

This email is in response to the inquiry regarding your Form I-821D, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization Document (EAD), which were filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on May 5, 2016. The Nebraska Service Center (NSC) is currently processing DACA renewal cases received prior to April 16, 2016.

USCIS records indicate that your Form I-821D case is pending at this time. The NSC is closely monitoring the expiration dates of the deferred action and EAD. We are working the DACA renewal applications by the date received, and the previous card expiration. Your case is in queue to be processed in the order it was received. The Form I-765 case is contingent and dependent on the approval of the Form I-821D. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action within two weeks, you may wish to contact us for an update. Please note, the NSC is unable to grant requests for expedited processing in Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) cases.
