Same here. Losing hope that it will come in time as they have slowed down in the last few weeks. I'm not sure how much faith to put in their statement that they are approving based on expiration date if it was applied more than 4 months ago.

my case was finally approved on 9/25. My case was received on 5/2/. I have been expired since 9/15. I am glad this is over. Hoping for AOS before the next 2 years are up.

Congrats!! USCIS works on Sundays? that's weird...either that or took a while to update the information.

The real wait is in getting your EAD. You can see here that a lot of people got approved for DACA but never actually got their EAD.

Hi my fellow daca brother/sisters. I have finally got my DACA and EAD approved today 9/27/2016 after checking my account online. The timeline is as follows :

Date Sent - 04/29/2016
Service center - Nebraska
Delivered - 05/4/2016
Bio letter - 5/12/16
Bio app - 5/25/16
Expiration 9/25/2016
EAD/DACA approval - 9/27/16
EAD received - waiting

My employer had given me 30 days leave of absence but since i can show proof that immigration has approved my case i can start right away even without my ead card. I was seriously panicking but, it was all approved and the heavy stress is lifted.

That is good news, congrats!! What steps did you take for elevating your case?

My USCIS tracker says:
On September 20, 2016, we began producing your new card for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number IOE090068 ****.We will mail your card to the address you gave us.

I ended up doing service request and info pass to fresno. Both gave me the same answer *case is being reviewed* they did not say if it was with a case officer or anything just still processing. I also did requests with NILC and Ombudsman request. My last resort was going to email my congress person but I ended up being approved before I sent the email. This was the most stressful renewal
