At this point I would keep calling and ask for a tier 2 rep, I feel like at this point you have to be aggressive with your case...if you sent you application between 150-120days, paid the fee, and completed your biometrics on time, they have to take that into consideration (even though they don't) there is no other choice but to keep asking about your case. This has to be the most stressful time (at least for me) that we are going through with USCIS.

The last rep just told me April 15th and I just replied that that's what the site says. Thanks for the replies. Its comforting to know there's more of us in this burning building so to speak.
