How do we follow that inquiry if there is any updates on it or even a response from USCIS?That inquiry was done in Texas, I wonder how that started and if it would even be possible to start it in other states maybe?

Yes I'm on it "x91". But there is nothing to update on my case since I have been waiting for my biometrics appointment forever now.

Received: 5/3
Bios: 5/16
Expired: 9/25

I needed this to be renewed so I could apply for AP and do the trip before January.
You should have applied for AP prior to expiration. That's what I did and am waiting for an answer now. Hopefully soon because I requested to travel in October.

I'm not sure, but I think the best way we would find anything out is via Twitter and NILC since they also reached out to the Congressional reps involved regarding the delays.

I was in a similar situation last month with 155 days before bios was scheduled. I flooded all the lines to USCIS (Ombudsman, ELIS, USCIS site, Congressman, SSCOPS, NCS, etc) all at the same time--I think I had about 8 inquiries floating out there altogether, and it wasn't until then that I finally received an appointment notice. That would be my suggestion to you at this point. In my messages I said something like "I understand the delays, but it has been "x" amount of days and I am going to lose my job and license." I'm not sure ultimately what worked, but when I checked USCIS site I saw that an inquiry was generated as well as a response just before they updated my account to "biometric notice has been sent". Hope that works for you.

This is what I am doing now, contacting everything and everyone I can for my case, hopefully that lights a fire under them and they get it done.

To those that are waiting--in my opinion, I don't think calling helps all that much unless you are lucky enough to get a Tier 2 person that is actually willing to do some work and help you (which has been a rare occasion for a few people on here). Save yourself the headache of dealing with incompetent people and instead send emails and requests through their system all at once like I mentioned above to Jimx91. Just my two cents based on observations throughout the forum and my own personal experience.

Which emails did you use to send to them? and I don't know if you noticed but if you try to put in a service request through their website they don't list I821d anymore.
