Oh, the case worker from my Congressman's office sent me a pdf of the actual letter with the US Congress letterhead and the signatures on it. But it is basically the same thing as that link. I really do hope this adds some pressure to USCIS and brings the attention we need to get this thing rolling.

If you are able, post it. I would like to show it to my supervisor. Thanks!

Who knows whats going on down there, Maybe a whole bunch of people got fired because of that mistake
Although not everyone that applied for DACA is on the spreadsheet we do have some important information to estimate the amount of people that are still waiting for the renew past the 120 days (USCIS goal).Lets consider the date range that the glitch happened, Feb 14th to May 14th

02/18/16 Basofia's application number is 0900376XXX
05/15/16 DreamSpouse's application number is 0900695XXX

695,000-376,00= 319,000 application numbers which means there are at least 159,500 individuals ( 2 consecctive numbers per person, odd numbers for I-821D and even number for I-765) that applied between 02/18 and 05/15 (87 calendar days).
Considering the numbers of the spreadsheet, there are 132 applicants between the same period and 35 are still not approved or 26%. So if we use this percentage in the estimated total number of people during this period than about 41,470 people are still waiting for approval, not including anyone that applied after 05/15.
Of course this is only speculation but it would explain why the USCIS is so overwhelmed and unable to give straight answers.
But if the number are somewhat accurate it means that 159,500 people paid $465 each, it translate to $74,167,500.00......... Pretty sure they could afford to hire more help.

My timeline:

Biometrics:06/02/16
Expiration:09/23/16

Wow that's pretty good I forgot about the receipt number being a factor in all of this, that makes sense and yes they made a whole bunch of money from this, they definitely have the funds and means of fixing this mistake.

Guys, after I went to my Info Pass appointment earlier this month, the rep put in a requset to have my case expidited. I know USCIS isn't expiditing cases, but I was just wondering if any of you have had this appear on your online account's case status tracker:

"On September 21, 2016, your request to have your case expidited, referral number X, was completed."

Not all receipt numbers in between are I-821D. There are several other biometrics scheduled notices, perhaps for OPT or citizenship applications. Only 25% are DACA cases.

My Senator reached out to USCIS two days ago. I was hoping that would help, but nothing yet.

You are correct, they are not all DACA applications. I only found this official numbers after I posted originally.

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/...y2016_qtr3.pdf

So there were a total of 183,844 applications received for the fiscal year( October to June 31st) which would be 367,688 numbers between I-821D and I-765.
05/28/16 BMFPoochie's application is 0900756XXX , so about 48% of the total.
I guess if we didvide the original calculation it will be about right.

And doing all this calculation I just realize how desperate I am for an answer lol. It is kind of funny how desperation alters people. I need my approval so that I can get a life again. haha
