Not quite early May but I am 5/15. Still waiting.

5/11 acceptance and the same.

Is that an issue? as long as they approved my i765 and I got my EAD, I am happy with that.

I was really hoping that all the promises of them fixing their glitches had some truth to it.

both me and my sister are still waiting. May 11 and 12th here.

Just wanted to give you guys a quick update.

The Nebraska Service Center received my paperwork on June 7, 2016. I expired on September 11, 2016 and had not received a biometrics appointment yet. After calling and sending emails just like everyone here to receive the same response "We are still reviewing your case, etc."

Finally yesterday after waiting 118 days to get the bio appt. I contacted the Ombudsman's office (I needed to wait 105 days) and directly to some of the staff as listed here: https://www.nilc.org/wp-content/uplo...is-delayed.pdf

Just got the text from USCIS. Guys I'm doing my biometrics finally after wating 118 days. I hope things move faster from here on out. I hope the other people like me waiting on biometrics get their appointment soon.

Maybe after this voter registration deadline we will see more spprovals at a faster rate. I called customer support at 3:30pm and asked to be transfer to a T2 rep. And she told me all T2 reps. Left for the day :/
