Has to be more than that if it's only 500 that's a small percentage towards everyone so with all the mess (not just DACA) that USCIS has created this year and to top that voter registration deadline, they are in a huge mess and just delaying us is adding fuel to the flames.

I told HR about my expiration a day before it expired. They didn't really seems to care but told me to work as usual. However they needed some document about it being delayed which I told them. I was able to get a delayed notice when I went to my infopass appointment. I had my i765 and the delayed notice stapled and gave it to HR today. I took my time giving them because the vibe of being in the HR department gave me the chills of my current situation.

I've been working since Sept 25. They haven't told me any bad news yet. I just hope that they don't contact me or put me on leave of absence. *knock on wood*

And also, the infopass office told me they were working on mid April cases which was in the delayed notice filled with many check boxes of other options. That there was nothing wrong with my case..but my sister sent her application a week after mine and already got approved and card in hand that took her around 95 days to complete.
Same here 120+days and waiting for bios....

Edit 10/4 - I want to give you all an update I just got a text now saying they updated my i765. I checked case status for i765 and they sent me a bio on October 3rd..I'm not gonna get too excited yet it's been 118 days that I got this bio.

I was gonna do the obdusman today but guess I don't have to now. I'll prolly do it after I do my bio hopefully to speed things up

Wow your case is so similar to mine. Also we have close to the same amount of time waiting and they sent me the Bio appt on the 3rd as well. I wonder if they just finally realized we were close to 120 days with no bio. CRAZY.

My ELIS says my DACA is still in process, but it also says it was approved. My EAD has no update on ELIS, but on myUSCIS it says my card is in production, and I also received an email stating the same. I had already scheduled an InfoPass for tomorrow. I'm wondering if I should cancel. It is a 45min drive from my home. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to ask if I still go? I don't see what else they could tell me. I highly doubt that they will have a tracking number that fast. Thoughts?

Approvals have dried up since last week. Not much movement.

Thanks! I actually don't have access to ELIS so I'm waiting on the letter. When I had called a few weeks ago to get access Tier 1 rep told me only those who initially filed online have access to ELIS. Is this correct? Otherwise I'll call again to try to get access.

That is not correct. I filed on paper but they entered my information into ELIS. You have to ask Tier 1 to transfer you to a service desk. Did you ever receive a notice to set up your ELIS account with an account access code?

I did not. I swear these reps are just saying whatever they want over the phone. I will call back. I don't think I ever got an access code for ELIS. Thanks for the reply.
