Btw I know it's my EAD not green card...

Guys,
When I check the "Check your Case" website it says you biometrics was scheduled on Oct 3rd and it was mailed to you.
My congressional immigration case worker emailed me that I was scheduled on Oct 4th.

Here is the problem, I didn't receive any emails or text messages about it. In my ELIS account it still says case pending last updated 6/7/16, I don't see the biometric notice in my ELIS account!

Any idea why?

It is probably a delay in updating of the ELIS. I would call up on Tuesday (I'm assuming USCIS is closed Monday for Columbus Day) if the letter hasn't shown up on ELIS.

This is so weird case tracker shows 765 in production 825 has been approved on Eli's for 825 shows approved but for 765 it's saying has been accepted in process ?? I did get an email saying my case for 765 has been approved and they were working on my card tho , can it be a glitch?

I wonder if DACA approvals will start increase due to voter registration coming to an end in some states. Between here and Facebook I have seen quite a few approvals since yesterday.

I had that same message on mine this past Thursday. Just went to pick up my mail, and my card was there. So you should get yours sometime this week.
