That's terrible. I'm sorry you had this experience. The stress and frustration of this whole situation is difficult to go through and having to go through that is just adding on to the frustration. I really hope you hear something soon.

This isn't entirely accurate. They've been working on April 15 applications as of July 31 (source: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processi...rlXYrxhyFJY5Ev). It's been 2.5 months since then. Surely they've moved on.

Would just stand up and leave. Yes we're undocumented, illegally or whatever you want to call us but there is no need for us be treated that way.

Don't believe any dates that they give you. They're all inaccurate information to throw at you so that they don't have to bother with us. It sounds like you talked to Tier 1. I would try to call in to speak to Tier 2 and ask specifics about your case.

FINALLY! Approved just now.

My EAD on 'my case status' says my card started being produced Oct. 11, but my DACA still says in progress. It's the opposite on the ELIS site.

Accepted: 5/11
Bios: 5/31
Expired: 9/29
Approved: 10/11

If someone can update the sheet for me, that would be awesome. Currently not able to.
