2nd renewal.
Wanted to add my info to the spreadsheet, but not really sure how to.
Got the notice 06/21/16.
Had to call a few times to get a biometric scheduled, but finally schedule for 07/11/16.
Approved 08/17/16.
Received EAD 08/29/16.
Expires 08/16/18

Kind of lame that everytime we renew we lose a month or two (1st one expired in October, second one expired in September, this one expires in August) but glad to be covered for two years before the change of leadership.

Yes, this is why I try to wait until the last minute before renewing, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I see some people post that they did biometrics in July and get approved 3 months later. It usually doesn't take me more than 1-1.5 months after biometrics to get my EAD. So I lost a month in my first renewal and may have to again this time. I'm really hoping it will be the as fast as always this time! :O I'm cutting it really close.

3 months and 3 days overdue from the 6 months WAC allows themselves to respond. No RFE either. I've always been impatient about shit, but with the feds.. I've learned this second time around to not let it get to me. I must admit, its a little annoying, but i'll keep my mind off it and let it surprise me. Im getting married 1-7-17 to a citizen and have my attorney ready with the paperwork to send in for permanent residency. I just wanna have something under my belt and a head start to a social and drivers license but this waiting just makes me think theres gonna be more of a delay in that process. I realize it more on my days off, but when im at work i stay busy and forget about it. Being my day off, i believe its Beer:30
First Application:

9/29/14 - NSC
10/22/14 - BIO
6/14/15 - RFE
8/6/15 - DENIED

Second Application:

1.25.16 - BIO
9.26.16 - NO CIGAR YET

3rd Renewal timeline.

App received: 05/03/2016
Bios: 06/28/2016
Expired: 09/28/2016
DACA Approval: 09/28/2016 (Letter received 10/03/2016)
EAD Approval: 09/29/2016 (No EAD yet)

IOE case number.
I also received Advance Parole in July which I used for work/humanitarian purposes.

3rd is defintely the most stressful renewal process yet.

Renewal
Application received: 9/21/2016
Bio letter Mailed: 9/30/2016
Bio letter received: 10/6/2016
Biometrics schedule: 10/19/2016
Walk in Bio: 10/7
EAD Card: As of 10/13/2016 your card is in production.
Approval: TBA
Expires: 10/30/2016

One of the things I think people are doing is going into the biometrics appointment on the schedule day. I went in for my bio appointment the next day after I received the letter. Next thing I know one week later my card is in production.

2016 Renewal

Application Received: 6/8/16 Nebraska SC
Bio Appointment: 9/14/16 (no walk-in)
EAD expired: 10/13/16
Approval: 10/13/16 (notified 10/14)
EAD receipt: pending
Total days to process: 127

I personally did not do any service requests or inquiries through congresspeople, ombudsman, or NILC/IRLC as I felt too many people were flooding those avenues and others had more urgency than I did and I didn't want to add to the load unnecessarily (Feb-May people had it worse). All I did was about 3-4 service requests (E-Requests and ELIS inbox), one phone call to a Tier 2 rep on the day before my expiration, and a resulting service request through that rep.

To be honest, I doubt we will be able to see any good patterns for next renewal (if there is a next time, fingers crossed) because this renewal processing was so abnormal. I feel like everyone did everything they were supposed to do and they still got delayed.

I applied on Feb. 23 and am still awaiting adjudication.

Here's my timeline:

Application accepted: 2/23 CSC
Biometrics: 3/4
Approved:

Has your status changed? I went to go check the other day, and instead of April 21 when they received I-82D the they updated it to Feb 8. when I originally sent in my application.
