Hey Iggy you still on this forum?

Any update on your app? I think you're the most similar to me timewise.
My I765 used to say my card was in production. Now it says

>USCIS has produced your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) and mailed it to the address you provided.
>Status: Closed
>no usps tracking #
No anything.
Getting real tired of this shit.

I agree. I have a friend who is an attorney and there is nothing else they can do except for the same things we're doing. I wouldn't waste my money on one. But of course that's your decision to make. Just my two cents.

Yeah, it really sucks! I do think, however, that's a general spiel. According to the rep I talked to the first guys you talk to don't know much about your case that's why you can ask for someone else to give you more details. Nonetheless none of them can tell you when you'll get approved because none of them are the officer who has your case. That's what I was told. My point is you may get it sooner. Who knows! Just hang in there. I am also being screwed big time. Even though I applied late I have been waiting almost 6 months now and I am losing a job I never had. I was offered a good job and they can't wait for me forever.

I was terminated from my job October 26th and my EAD got mailed October 27th. Thanks USCIS!!!
At least my boss will fast track rehiring me and since my rehire date is within 30 days of termination, I won't have to retrain. Took at total of 14 days for card to be produced. I'm very very happy this renewal is over because I have never been so stressed out in my life.
My advice to everyone is: keep your mind occupied and try not to obsess over this. It's a been a very stressful process and I hope USCIS gets their shit together.

EAD & Daca Expiration: 10/26/2016
Application received: 7/10/2016
Biometrics: 8/03/2016
EAD Approval: 10/13/2016
DACA Approval: 10/16/2016
EAD shipped: 8/27/2016

My approval timeline is the exact same as yours except my EAD hasn't even shipped yet. And I just logged on to my work email and I have an email from HR waiting for me. I had a panic attack last night when I saw that other people who's card went into prod on 10/13 were already having theirs shipped. I just know that my card will come in one day before my expiration date and it will be too late because my company will have fired me. I feel like I'm the only one from 10/13 that hasn't had their EAD shipped. I hate USCIS.

I'm gonna assume its me. If so, there has not been any changes on my status since when my ead was approved back on October 18th. I checked yesterday. Im not really too stressed as of now since my boss took the screenshot of the ead being produced as evidence to let me go back to work. As long as it gets, here within three weeks I'll be alright. Best of luck to you though. Have you called uscis for a tracking number?

So, I am officially unemployed because my EAD expired on 10/26 and the company could not keep me on payroll. They are working on getting me back once my new EAD is in hand.

On 10/13 I called USCIS and explained my situation and the processing time has pass the regulatory time frame as it was over 105 days. I told them vehemently that I will be out of a job come 10/26. The rep that I spoke to said she sees that it's passed regulatory time and she put a flag on my 1-765. A few days after I received a letter saying that my DACA has been approved. I checked my status online for I-765 and it says my card was in production.

Today marks 2 days since I've been unemployed and I've been getting job offers from other companies.
Just my luck.
Because of this, I decided to check my status again and it now says the card has been picked up by USPS.

I hope it gets here sooner rather than later, because I need to work. I hate feeling restless.
And...because USPS sucks. (This is me being kind). They've been delivering other people's mail to my house. So I fear they they will mix it up and give my mail to someone else.

Has anyone that had their EAD expire on them received their new card?

I officially became unemployed on 10/26. Now my card says it's been picked up by USPS. This is a bloody joke.
Now i have to go through the whole rehiring process and they have to another background check. USCIS really need to get their shit together.
It's been 2 days and I am feeling restless. I hate this shit.
My boss is super pissed at the gov't. He calls them a bunch of pansy ass imbeciles. Not that I can disagree.
