Congrats to all those approved and got their EAD, it feels good to be back at my job. I filled my sisters app and sent it on 11-3 will update later on sig.

Id say by the week of Nov 14.
Mine began producing 10/25 and was mailed 11/2 so I get it today according to tracking number.

Is anyone from may still pending initial approval?

This is my 2nd time renewing . It's been over a month since mine expired. Ive called and opened service requests multiple times.

Had initial issues with receiving my bio-metrics

Last response i got via mail was that it was in line to be processed and that they are doing it in the order received. Clearly not the case as many have applied after me and have their cards already.

I filled out both mine and my sisters and she was approved and got her EAD almost 3 months ago .

Thankfully my work has never asked about it .


Case received: 5/24/16
Biometrics appt: 7/16/16
Exp: 10/08/16
DACA APPROVAL : TBD
EAD: TBD.

There's still a few May people around, see below. Hang in there, I know that's hard to do because I was still waiting not too long ago, but at least you still have your job and that helps make it a helluva lot more bearable.

Where did you get the tracking number from?

I too applied back in may... called today and they said pretty much the same shit... thankfully the guy was able to set up a service request for me.. but still my case hasnt been assigned.
They gave me the bulls... excuse that it needed further review 3 weeks ago...
Now they are saying not to contact them until 15 days from now if i dont hear anything

They keep telling me the same thing too that it needs further review or what not. My case hasn't been assigned to an officer either. Augh! It sucks! I'm going crazy!

May 11th here. Been unemployed since sep 4th and my parents are making room for us as we can't survive on one income.

It is so crazy how so many of you who applied way back in June are still waiting and so many with expired work permits are still waiting. When THEY KNOW we will be jobless and they let it happen. I'm gonna expire soon too but I just didn't think USCIS would b so careless to people's lives. It's not like we are applying for the first time! I wish you all the best of luck and hopefully soon in the future we won't have to worry about this anymore.
