Will submitting the I-765 be a problem when they see that my current EA card does not expire until 2018?

No because they fall under 2 different categories. The one you have through DACA falls under c (33), applying for an I-765 with your I-130 and I-485 will be a completely different category c (9) and is NOT a renewal but a brand new card application.

Guys..... how long after submitting your AOS packet did you get the text and email notifications from USCIS? I'm paranoid. Sent everything in and it shows delivered on 11/17. No notification yet.

My EAD/AP got approved on 11/15/16! Now just waiting on my interview !

I need some input on a thing that has been on my mind. My current employer has my DACA EAD and my license is linked to DACA exp date. It expires on 9/2018. My AOS EAD is only valid for a year.
Should I go and show my employer and DMV my new EAD?

For me, I left mine the way it was and provided a copy of my Green Card to my employer when I received it. Your EAD from DACA is valid so no worries, you'll have your Green Card soon.

Bump* any new updates on interviews scheduled?

Still waiting to hear about EAD/AP combo card. I-485 is at 'ready to schedule interview' status as of 11/15. Field office is Chicago, hope to get interview early next year.

Hey guys I don't know if this is the right place to post this question but how hard would it be to do aos if my spouse makes more than me? I currently go to school and my wife and I have been married for about six years. I am an EWI, DACA recipient, and have not done AP. Any help/thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!
