i got 2 tickets for speeding in a school zone and not changing an address on my license . I got a lawyer to dismiss the charges but do you guys think I'll be a target?

I got a conviction for failing to stop at a stop sign.

Is that a criminal conviction?

dont think thats a conviction broski, thats a traffic infraction. you paid the ticket and went to traffic school to clear that up off your driving record.

What about a judgement from a credit card debt suit? This is pertaining to my mom who has no deferred action protection.

no... owing money is not a crime. it goes against your credit rating though.
