I think it's fair to say Trump didn't mention DACA or he avoided answering the question completely. If he had come out and said I am going to cancel DACA in the next few days some news network would have already reported.

In their enforcement priorities list:
(c) Have committed acts that constitute a chargeable criminal offense;

Illegal entry is a chargeable offense.

(e) Have abused any program related to receipt of public benefits;

That can pose a problem for overstays (me). With those two, they pretty much covered us all. And if not, there's always this last catch all:

(g) In the judgment of an immigration officer, otherwise pose a risk to public safety or national security.

So anyone they *think* poses a risk, so it's pretty much at their discretion. You can say we're protected by DACA, but do you think that'll stop ICE officers if they're a big enough assholes? Everything is up to them on what they consider is a crime. This also put's our parents at risk as well. Once DACA is gone, which is a possibility, it's open season on us even if we still have EAD.

Another would undo relief Obama has granted to people eligible for green cards but unable to apply for them due to what’s known as the “three- and ten-year bars.”

In a way doesn't this put intense political pressure for congress to act? Regardless, every one should find a serious girlfriend and go the marriage route.

I am an expired Visa. Wow, did you just say, You can say we're protected by DACA, but do you think that'll stop ICE officers if they're a big enough assholes? Everything is up to them on what they consider is a crime. This also put's our parents at risk as well.

Regardless of what you think, there are laws, and there are balances of power. It is sent in stone that we have deportation reprieve if DACA maintains its course of actions. I find it very hard to believe that Trump will send those protected by DACA back. Again, you are not understanding what others in his administration have said about us.

I went to counselling today to deal with anxiety related to personal issues. My psychologist told me one sympton of anxiety is that you tend to think unrealistic thoughts and let that control your mind. Seems very similair to what you are doing my friend. Try something called mindful meditation. Live life, and stop worrying about something out of your control. Just know that we will be fine. Im making this sheer assumption based off of what i heard, not fake, leaked information and unconfirmed facts.

There is still no word on authenticity of the document, except that vox said previous leaked documents matched the ones he signed in the end, so that does give the leak some credibility.
