Yeah, sounds unconstitutional. Anyone can be charged with a crime, wtf? Im thinking he did this for PR for the hardliners.

I'm reposting this here to show that lawsuits are already being planned, and I wouldn't be surprised if groups like the ACLU already have legal arguments ready to go.

https://www.aclu.org/blog/washington...ow-through-his

The ACLU has received a record number of donations since the election, and I don't see that stopping any time soon.

When Trump's Supreme Court pick gets confirmed, all these counter suits will mean nothing.

Yes, that would be the practical objective of these suits. It would take some time for the suits to even reach SCOTUS. And, even with a 5-4 conservative split, it wouldn't necessarily mean that the cases would lose. Justice Roberts and especially Justice Kennedy do not always vote with the conservative bloc.

lol i agree some people are packing up before anything official is released. I actually think he just wants criminal undocumented out, regardless of DACA. I feel like they should limit it to felonies or violent crimes. I mean come on, seriously?

Democrats should delay, delay, delay. It's what GOP did and certainly didn't hurt them in any way.

So if an illegal family has an individual who committed a crime in their eyes, they'll take everyone.
