hey talk to a lawyer or do your own research, i think an arrest like that can be erased from your record.

Make sure you check on this.

you can pay $2 through your DMV website to get a printout. idk the difference between that or a criminal background check for hiring though...

I believe the DOJ criminal background check is more complete.

In TX you can get arrested for driving without a D/L as well. It's up to the officer's discretion. I got pulled over about 5 years ago and got arrested for not producing a valid form of ID. Was in and out within an 1 hour. Didn't affect me at all for DACA and I have gone through 3 background checks for big companies and hasn't affected me yet. Unsure what will happen with Trump tho.

LOL, I googled self background check and the first thing that came up was this.
https://www.uscis.gov/mye-verify/self-check

NOPE!
Does anyone know of a background check company that is comprehensive? I've lived in a couple states and would like to know if I have anything lingering from when I got speeding and DWL tickets from when I was 18 and younger. If so I'll probably get them expunged, not sure if that'll help at all though. I think that as long as they want to deport you, even if they are expunged, you are SOL. It doesn't hurt to try though.
