Expiration Date: May 14th *If you are not receiving any notices, I would HIGHLY recommend calling the support line at 8AM on the dot, so they will refer you to a ELIS support who can let you access your notices online. |

Hi Katie,
Can you please ask the following questions.
1. Has my biometric (fingerprint) been cleared? (I have not had any ticket or conflict with law since I got my EAD in 2012)
2. It has been over 3 months since I applied, why is there a delay in my case.
3. Can they expedite my case?
4. Will I get approved before my EAD expires (March 17, 2017)?
5. Can you also inform them that I currently hold a full time job and my employer is requesting an updated EAD card since March is approaching.

My permit expires on september 2017. After given it much thought I will send my renewal package tomorrow. Worse that can happen is they reject it and keep their petty $500. It is a risk I am willing to take, I will be proactive and not reactive to this Trump fellow.
