with form I-130, you need to send your marriage certificates, copy of the Full Birth certificate (front and back) for your husband. bank statements with both your names on the account or insurance policies with both names on it (this shows you mingle financially). and of course show you both leave together so both your name on the lease or mortgage. if you have any children together include the children's birth certificates as well.
the conditional green card is if you have been married for less than 2 years.

I filled in July 2016 and I received the AP on 01/23/2017. no words yet on the AOS. my DACA work permit is about to expire in May, I figured I will would have my green card by then so I didn't apply for work permit. How about doing your taxes jointly? You are only required to send in one piece of evidence with BOTH your names, separate is not a good idea. However, the more joint evidence the better.
