lol people they won't deport you for speeding tickets. Those aren't criminal offenses. I bet even trump has speeding tickets.

And now you are saying that they will not go get Dreamernb87 because with Trump we don't really know what he will do.

Why are you going around the forum saying different opinions? Scaring people and then telling them they will be fine.

everyone should know Obama has deported more people than any other president. It seems foolish to me that people are now making a big deal out of these ICE raids

What I am saying is ambiguous considering the fact Trump is well an ambiguous man. My complete and firm standby is: if you have daca and you mess up say get a DUI and ICE detains you and finds out you have a DUI then there is a chance you will be deported. If and after ice is done deporting all those bad hombres, then even simples things like too many traffic violations and other small things (arrest for disrupting the peace ext) might've enough to warrant deportation if iCe detains you

But at the end the day what I am saying it's just an opinion don't take it to heart le pew

A DUI is significantly different than a couple speeding tickets over the years and if you have one, my opinion is you don't deserve legalization.

The issue is that the new administration is not clearly defining what "criminal" or "violent" is, which blurs the lines between something less severe like a speeding ticket and something big like a DUI... and they will likely use this to their advantage.
