Agree. We will get something better than the leaked EO. No point of signing the same EO now.

I wouldn't be surprised if he keeps DACA at this point. He's said nothing but positive things about us since winning the election and I doubt he wants another Bannon/Miller/Sessions EO disaster. He'll probably just urge congress to act so that DACA would not be necessary.

That would be the smart thing to do. I am sure Trump wants some popularity back, and all these protests and celebrities that are against him is damaging his ego.

even before Sessions was confirmed as AG, Trump with a simple call and memorandum change to Kelly in DHS could've end DACA. They dont need the Justice Department to end DACA.

That's why I said he was just stalling. Everyone was thinking he was waiting on Jeff Sessions to draft the EO when Session's minion Miller had already done so. BTW the EO's were very poorly written. They are going to be destroyed through the judicial system.

So far so good, The checks and balances are working well within the Federal system. The court has indefinitely blocked the administration's immigration order and any post by Kobach or the Attorney General may be moot. The courts and Democrats are a check on the majority ruled government.

One of the reasons why I still love this country.

It was built with the intent of being really robust, even if it does not allow too much progress.

This is a good sign, now let's see what crazy idea they come up with next.

So much for, executive overreach... When is Trump going to start working with Congress? This is just a shit show.

I still can't believe his Presidency is this much of a disaster, everyone expected it to be bad...but not this bad.

I also expected it to be bad based off his campaign rhetoric, but I ultimately concluded that his actual Presidency would probably just be boring and run of the mill conservative stuff...but whats happening is blowing all expectations out of the water...crazy stuff

^^

I guess this is kind of the same reason I don't become a football player myself. Sure, I'll get angry at the TV when watching a game, but I won't become a player myself. I'll be terrible.
