the justice department has no say in implementing policy. all trump needs to do is call secy john kelly in the department of homeland security to cancel it.

what i'm saying is someone could sue DACA like they sued DAPA and jeff session tell his lawyers and justice department not to defend DACA.

That would need Trump's approval and he seems to like us so...I'm just being optimistic here.

They must prove daca is harmful to them. Why didn't they sue since 2012? I think such case would be thrown out .

If they wanted to sue, they would have sued already. DACA is 5 years old. Too late to sue now.
