I have a friend who just AOS. And he was also given a letter, no stamp on passport. He is also at the santa ana office. I used to live there and went there for first and second daca renewals. Now im at las vegas office. I hope they are friendly. Hehe

There are clinics that do it almost on a walk in basis. You might have to go twice if they give you the TB test.

That is expensive.

If you someone can simply bring their records and ask for the costs to "trancribe" the records, it should costs no more than 100 after calling around.

This is my biggest concern.. My DACA expires on March 23, did my bios on Jan 31.. Didn't renew since I was going to get an EAD with AOS packet.

It's just like DACA. Nobody really knows. But at least you actually have options with AOS. You can put in requests after 75 days. Seems like with DACA they just give you generic answers. If I'm not mistaken, however, they changed the rules so they no longer have to provide you the C9 EAD within 90 days.
