Y'all sound mad ignorant. Neither the courts nor sessions will come for DACA. If they didn't do it under obama why would they under trump. And Sessions is Trumps lap dog AG. He won't betray him.

True, but the Justice Dept. does have interpretation of law. Sessions could be an issue if he determines it to be unconstitutional. That is binding on ALL federal agencies and on John Kelly.

Doesn't the SCOTUS determine whether a law is constitutional or unconstitutional? There's couple things about Sessions. However racist he may be, the system will stop him for sure. He isn't God. Plus I just am of the opinion that DACA recipients are in an extremely safe position compared to other undocumented immigrants. This will be a tough road for both sides but for sure we are going to put in some fight.

Did anyone here watch the entire press conference? If not, trust me, it's an hour and some change long of must see television.

He didn't say much of anything. He dodged questions, bashed the media, blamed everyone else for his problems, and insulted reporters to no avail. Went in circles every time someone asked him something.

It was truly shocking to watch this press conference.

When he was asked about the DACA program, again he basically dodged the question without giving any kind of definitive answer. Although it's doubtful he'll repeal it, you just never know what this dude is going to do.

He basically didn't say anything he hasn't said before. The part that was interesting is how he talks about the law. "I love these kids I love kids I have kids of kg own but the law is tough..."
