There is DACA of 2012 then there is eDACA/DAPA of 2014. Which one?

50 People trials at time, no not possible,

Sessions could have a 'Rocket Docket' where instead of waiting five or six years for an asylum case, he could push for everything to be done in 6 months. Swift due process is still due process, but a lot of undocs would not have the time or money to defend them selves in court.

This is cruel, but if he deports 2x or 3x the amount of people Obama deported, that will be enough for them. For Dreamers and long term residents it will be better. For everyone else, it will suck donkey balls.

Having a fast docket, placing asylum seeking in Mexico, using Secure Communities with expedited removal will net a lot of people.

Trump will definitely set a record. That's a foregone conclusion.

They will not be able to do double.

Resources are thin, government is inept.

Also you guys are not taking in account over zealous ice agents. If what we all have seen with our eyes of police corruption is an indication. Just because you are legally safe doesn't mean your right will be protected. We all still have to be diligent in staying educated and yes preparing for when things don't work out the way they should
