Trump wont end DACA, governors-courts will

I'm sort of optimistic that Trump wont end DACA but this article def gives me no hope that DACA will continue and its a matter of time that it will end. It says that the courts will end DACA. For those with good legal advice and those who work for lawyers I would greatly appreciate your input from this article. Thanks!

DACA is constitutional. Read other threads. These opinion articles are getting the best of you.


DAPA was not stopped because it was unconstitutional, rather because of some procedural bullshit.

Trump has taken the position to keep it. He is the only person we need. Courts can't stop DACA because there is no case against it.
