Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

I have two family members who were able to do this. If you go in with no shot at all to adjust your case AND you have a final order, even during Obama, I think this guy would have had a bad day - although perhaps not this bad.

Well, if he didn't have that deportation order ICE would have deported it and he would have been allowed to adjust....? I know many people with a EWI who adjusted, they had to leave the country but this guy is going to be banned for 10 years and probably wont be able to adjust even then
