The glass half full here is that there is a conversation of possible replacement. I would much rather them leave us alone than trying to "fix it" but lets be real, they can pretty much cancel this thing tomorrow and ruin us all.

That's an unrealistic scenario, there has to be something in return in order for a legislation to be enacted especially in this political climate.
