Dreamers,

I updated my USCIS online case with the receipt numbers and there were no issues whatsoever. Now I'm patiently waiting.

Dreamers,

Does anyone know of someone who was able to AOS without an interview?

Our AOS packet was received 6/20, so two weeks ago tomorrow. Still haven't received any acceptance texts or NOAs in the mail and check hasn't been cashed. It seems like most people are hearing back sooner than that, did it take this long for anyone else to hear anything?
Thanks!

Most likely you got an RFE.

When I sent in my DACA renewal #3, I didn't hear anything until about 2-3 weeks I received the package back.

Go over what you wrote and see what you may have messed up. My error was not writing the date on my check.

It is still within the nominal timeline. It can take up to three weeks to receive a notice.

Considering most here have overstayed or have some form of unlawful presence in the US, it is exceptionally unlikely USCIS will issue a document of such importance without an interview.

Yes, delivered since last week Friday. Now waiting for the receipts and hopefully biometrics a little later.

I am doing this because I need job security. DACA does not guarantee me job security because of GC and USC requirements. Also, I would like to work for a government job where I would get a pension and get paid for doing cool stuff.

This is not the end of DACA.

I also want to see my family that I have not seen for almost 18 years. I also want to travel to other countries and enjoy life.

I see, I might not have an option either. Good luck with the interview. Did you hire a lawyer?

I might do it for my case, just because I am exhausted of researching immigration law matters.
