Well, it was received June 21 but we didn't get any acceptance texts or notifications until July 5 so that definitely took a little longer than normal but on the i797, the PD is May 26, 2015 , which is from back when we had send i130 and were planning on eventually doing the i601 waiver but never ended up doing that. I haven't seen anyone on here that sent their AOS package with an already approved i130, I'm just trying to figure out if that affects the process at all.

The interview is meant for I-130. So when they approved your I-130 they didn't give you an interview? Just asking because i went the long route and sent in only I-130. So I'm trying to figure out if I'll get an interview or not

We didn't have an interview when we did the i130 process, just sent lots of evidence and got approved. So I'm not sure if we'll have an interview now or not. I've researched a lot about it and I just can't find a definite answer.

Hey guys. Wondering how many days must go by before you submit an inquiry on your case? My lawyer submitted our AOS package Jan 2017. In Apr 2017 I got my EAD card, but haven't heard a peep since. It's been 173 days and there have been no case status updates online besides the EAD approval.

Should I be worried? Seems like many others have at least gotten their "interview is ready to be scheduled" notice This is taking forever :'(

I'm in the SF Bay Area btw.

Check the processing dates on the uscis website. I submitted my app back on February 1st. I got my EADP/AP combo on may 1st. Nothing since then. According to the website my interview should be some time in late October. Im in Vegas.

Sent mine Dec and my interview is in August. I heard nothing in between the 202 days since I submitted. Not much you can really do other than wait. Others have had to renew their AOS ead because the interview was more than a year.

San Francisco seems to take some time according to Visa Journey stats. It takes ~280 days total, and around 188 days between bio-metrics and interview. Also, It does have a large immigrant population...delay should be expected.
