I obtained my biometrics last Saturdays July 8th. And I did the walk in on 10th. I think ianus sent it in later than me so about two weeks he should get his biometric letter.

No, my local office will be creating an emergency biometrics notice. I will be starting a new job in the coming weeks and so took the offer letter and my notice to explain my situation about not sure if I can make any notice that comes because of the new job. They mentioned just come in tomorrow and we'll take care of it as part of good customer service.

Why did you request an emergency bio notice? What does starting a new job has to do with it? Don't you have an EAD currently?

Thanks, I did submit an e-request last week, all I got back by email was Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.. Is that what you've done or have you just called them directly?

An emergency 'bio-metrics' request is different from a 'service request' for an EAD base on your pending case.

The service center request you have made should suffice in making your case a priority for processing since it is past 90 days for processing. Unfortunately, USCIS does not issue interim EADs anymore at local offices or you might have been able to simply get it fixed with an infopass.
I was able to confirm it not only on the phone, but in person also. The representative says Thursdays are usually slow hence why it is possible and I have a valid reason.

For those who filed i765 concurrently with AOS packet, what eligibility category did you use? C33? Or C9?

I assume it is based on the eligibility of the category you are applying. Therefore, through AOS, it would have to be C9.

Waiting on Resident wife to get citizenship appointment so I can adjust. So far is taken
