This is my plan too, but I'm EWI so I have to do I601A waiver. Good thing is that my EAD just got approved so I have some time.

This article makes no sense though it says trump could decide not to defend the program so which is it? I think trump will curtail all this by pushing for legislation instead of trying to defend it in court or pressuring sessions to do so

I dont know I read it and understood it very clearly.

Trump may defend it or may not but no matter what he stance he takes, its the judge who will decide

That is exactly what the article reads.

What would be this action? I think this is something new other news hasn't covered yet.

Well, once DACA is done with, we are priority for removal. I believe we are due for Sessions unconstitutional due process.

We will have I believe our day in court. If no action is taken by Congress, we might be given the option to self deport or forced removal.

Perhaps this is the "heart" Trump will show.

They don't have to mass deport us, they don't need to send ICE after us. If their anti sanctuary bills passes, they can push it and make it a law so undocumented aliens cannot get instate tuition or worse, not even be allowed to study in both public and private schools. Make it so that cops in every state ask us for status. This would be a lot cheaper than sending ICE after every one of us.

Trump used to say stuff like

"I have a big heart", " These are tremendous people". "I am going to make everyone happy"

yet recently he said

"The situation (DACA) I now understand"

so, all those things he said about us, he said them with out understanding what was going on?

Already bought a condo in my third world country. Bringing my savings over and I should be good for 3-5 years without working. It's always good to have a fallback plan though it'll be a hellhole compared to the US.

Currently dating a chick with a student VISA, about to end it and try for a USC.
