That's obvious, why would they? The GOP would lose all the leverage they have by passing it. Anything that is going to pass needs to 1. Not be called the Dream Act 2. Be attatched to a bill that the GOP wants passed.

The same official said Sessions would have final say on DACA.

Unless Trump is going to go out and publicly defend the program and somehow stop the lawsuit or FORCE Sessions to defend it, then he has no say.

Right now the people with the final say are the 10 states that sued, Judge Hanen, and the AG Jeff Sessions.
