The strange thing is there was no case update online or via text/email. Online the case for i765 still says the application was received on March 22nd etc etc

I did an online service request on June 30th, so maybe that helped
Why does it say case ready to be serviced on June? On your signature

The update on one of the cases says it's ready for the interview. I believe it means it was transferred to the local office, and I just wait until they schedule the interview. For NYC it won't be until at least December based on my priority date

Quote:
As of May 2, 2017, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC1790xxxx, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice.

I plan on getting marry this December and file for AOS. I'm EWI. After talking to my lawyer, I plan on going the I-601A wavier route since the future of DACA is very shaky and currently I have no valid reason for AP. The good thing is that I just got approved for another 2 year of DACA so I have some time. I think I will be one of the very few in the forum to go this route. I wish my parents brought me in legally instead of EWI, the process is so much easier.

Not yet, but I'm shopping for ring now.

I was going to get marry next December when DACA was still relatively safe. Now with all the new development, I want t0 plan this right so I can still work for the next 2 year while waiting for my AOS.
