They will continue to have deportation orders. DACA did not change that.

You guys? Nah. I think the likely worst case if congress doesn't do anything is you lose your work permits in 0-2 years but they won't actively come after you. He can just tell ICE to leave you guys alone. It will suck no doubt but there will be another election in a year and a half. Just think: You're part of US history and somewhere there will be a few pages of a history book dedicated to your plight in the liberal states.

No need to run to the hills. Dang it, now that song is stuck in my head.

I will always love your optimism.

Not to be pessimistic, but I don't really see a way out, we're talking trump here, he's unpopular as fuck and only has his stupid base that follows him, if he does help us out he will also lose his base.

As for congress/senate for gods sake they tried repealing obamacare for like 4 times with a republican majority and never got the votes, what makes you guys think theyll do anything for us since theyre willing to fuck their own people.

I do hope I'm wrong, we deserve better man.

Isn't it ironic UWD doesn't support passage of the DREAM Act?

What difference would it have made even if he said he supports it? He's clearly not a senator nor a rep lol...the liberal media is just too negative I'm afraid.

Senator Graham said something along the lines of 'when Kelly speaks people listen'. Kelly is respected in Washington, so his support could sway others.

He has already spoken by leaving DACA untouched. Unfortunately the people in Washington are too stupid and corrupt to notice action like this one. I just think these news channels and immigrant organizations aren't necessarily entirely batting for us. We're on our own. That's the sad fact. The media is 100% against Trump and they'll do anything and everything in their power to continue just the russian news stories instead of promoting good bills like this one. I am still very positive and think something will pass for sure. Trump really should man up and not veto the bill. That's all I can say. Kelly not saying that he supports it doesn't mean he doesn't support it. The admin has to right now cater to two sides, one the extreme right wingers that voted for them and the other side, the moderates/potential immigrant voters. It's understandable that he and others don't outright say they support the bill.
