I'm glad you all agree, its a BS bill that is DOA. Trump & Co are using this to make it seem like they are providing a 'solution' ... ironically for a problem we don't really have. Highly skilled workers do not have a horrendous time immigrating to the US (except for a few countries, namely China and India) just look at the current Visa Bulletin boards all EB visa categories are current, meaning can go ahead and file that I-140 and I-485
