Guys, it's 800k people. Literally a grain of rice in the immigrant community. Anti-immigrant activists will get over it.
No, it's not a smal slice of the immigrant community. Behind 800k people there are fathers and mothers, siblings, spouses, etc, that are directly impacted.

Looking at it strictly from a DACA recipient standpoint.

I hope we get grandfathered. The problem is, would those AG that are suing be happy with that approach?

LOL screw them. For the 10 AG's suing, there are 20 who are for DACA.
They'll get over it and hopefully do their job and worry about other issues, not the poor DACA recipients whom they do not know from a hole in the wall.

Alright, your comments makes no sense. They can still sue and will most likely win according to lawyers.

From a grandfathered in approach... yes they can sue and win. But if we are grandfathered in, Trump will have to issue a new EO (I'd assume) for those who already have DACA. I don't think they'd sue against that for a second time, imo.

Sensationalist journalism until I see the actual tweet from the orange man himself.

I don't think so. Paxton is committed to ending DACA so he can restore law & order and has blatantly ignored any requests to just throw away the lawsuit.

Explain how when Paxton himself said the lawsuit will be to STOP RENEWALS and end the program

Fantastic video with the DACAers that should be getting interviewed; unlike the ones the Univision pulls out of their ass
