I don't think this is actually that good. In the article it states he does NOT want an immigration showdown this month to be combined with the bill to fund the government which is why they want to delay the lawsuit. HOWEVER, I feel that they want to do this because they know if DACA is rescinded some form of legislation will be put to vote to either make the program permanent or create some form of legal status in the spending bill for Dreamers - and the White House does not want that.

So you believe with the delay there will be no immigration showdown, but it will happen later on. And based on what youre saying you are implying Trump will cancel DACA and deport all of us later on?
