Honestly though, DACA was probably going to end one way or another. This ends uncertainty and might be the best time as Congress gets back into session and we are not in an election year.

Let's hope for the best guys.

Alright, enough of the panicking. They clearly said "as it is today". This could mean many things including age restrictions, new requirements, grandfathering without issuing new permits or it will be pashed out. Again, we don't know but there's still a window for hope.

thanks for understanding. sorry for being rude i'm just at rock bottom right now. and my dad didn't think i needed daca until i left high school so i applied earlier this year at 17

I'm a new applicant but I have learned to accept my fate. Unfortunately, there is very little hope for us unless we legalize ourselves. I might just go back to my country before this year ends. Fuck it.

It won't be no fun and sunshine due to cultural shock but it isn't a death sentence either.
