RACA and the pending Conservative DREAM ACT that Sen Tillis about to introduce is the best legislation for legalization.

it's time.

I though the conservative dream act was essentially the senate version of RACA?

Exactly, if it was next month you'd be begging for even the bridge act.

i believe the one Senator Tillis is about to introduce has more stringent and rigorous process to qualify and the path to citizenship is more harder but we get GC's.

then they can just hash out the differences between RACA and Conservative Dream Act in committee.

I agree with you Eva. I don't expire until 2020 but even myself I'm pushing for something at least temporary for other dreamers who are expiring soon. It's easy to want to wait when your EAD card doesn't expire soon.

Whatever they pass should not have a age cap. That age cap makes no sense.

Exactly, some people are just selfish. Even then the Bridge act would become something congress would pass every 3 years until they feel the border is "secure enough" or they have more Latino constituents. The more years we can ride it our, the better our chances of a permanent solution. And I rather wait with the bridge act then in the shadows.

I agree. I can't imagine for those who were brought as kids here and have been in this country for 20 plus years and are in good standing with the law and not qualify. Not fair in my opinion.
