This is not a bad outcome. Everyone is still covered while congress passes the bridge act. At a minimum, we will get the bridge act. Waiting 6 months means they actually think congress can pass something. At least this way, everyone is covered for another 6 months.

Makes sense, originally I thought DACA was going to end right away but I forgot the effect of the decision will take place in six months.

If you ask me, six months is plenty of time to prepare for the worse outcome

What do you mean? DACA will still be valid for another 6 months -_-

I'm guessing they will stop renewing in 6months but permits will still be valid until their expiration date.

I wouldn't take this as a final decision until Tuesday. We really need to wait for the decision because the devil is in the details. But I'm definitely going to be renewing if that's the case.
