That's the House of Representatives. Besides a discharge petition takes time to collect signatures. It can take weeks even for that to happen. Besides Lindsey Graham in his statement yesterday spoke about the dream act NOT the bridge act . The bridge act may be the last possible option.

The reason Obama passed DACA is cause congress couldn’t get shit down. Sigh enjoying my last months at my job.
